Are you a technician that regularly engages with students in your schools and college? If you support in practical lessons or STEM clubs, deliver demonstrations, work with SEND students and deal with behaviour inside and outside the classroom then this session can help you feel more confident and able in your role.  We will explore ideas for effective behaviour management, best practice in practical work, question strategies and how to perform effective demonstrations, group work and working well with teachers and all students. All tailored to technicians who want to or already are, working with students more directly.
