Science is complex, and so science curricula around the world are diverse. On a practical level, how would you work out if one curriculum has strengths or weaknesses when compared with another – whether in terms of coverage, structure, expectations or in other ways? This session reflects on the problem, and presents some of the issues and solutions in actually doing it, and some of the similarities and differences in international science curricula revealed in the process.
