I am a chemist and a teacher and now work as a Programme Manager for the Royal Society of Chemistry. I manage a team of Education Coordinators who work to support teachers from primary through to HE, and at every career stage from trainee through to retirement. As well as working on mentoring projects for teachers I also work on a project to support science teachers who are working in schools that are in challenging circumstances.
