I joined Wellcome in 2019 after having been a teacher and science lead in primary schools in London. As part of the primary science team at Wellcome I work to support improvements in science teaching & learning in UK primary schools. My work involves providing expertise in teaching and leading primary science to the ongoing development of Explorify, Wellcome’s award-winning digital teaching tool, including developing a toolkit for science leaders. I also work closely with organisations across the primary science community to build a collaborative approach to raising the profile of science in primary education. I have a PhD in Cultural Geography.
